British White Park, American Park, Highland Park... What's the difference?

Well, British White Park are historically a dual purpose breed, meaning you can raise them for meat or milk.  They are the adorable cattle that are white with black ears and noses.  Add in the tiniest genetics around and you get PJ, our bull!  

American Park is a breed that began on the King Ranch in Texas, by crossing British White Park on American Aberdeen Angus. Which is what we produce when we cross PJ on our Micromini Aberdeen Angus Cows.

Highland Park are a cross of Scottish Highlands and either British White Park or American Park Cattle.  So cross your mini highlands with our calves to get Highland Parks!
